**Return Policy Contract**

**1. Returns Duration:**
The purchaser has the right to return eligible products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
**2. Return Shipping:**
a) The purchaser is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of returning the product to the seller.
b) The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. It should be securely packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process.
**3. Restocking Fee:**
No restocking fees will be applied to any returns that fall under this return policy.
**4. Final Sale Items:**
Products marked as "Final Sale" are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
**5. Condition of Returned Items:**
a) All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and inclusive of all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials.
b) If an item is returned in a condition that is not consistent with the original shipment (damaged, worn, missing parts, or not in its original packaging), the return might be subject to rejection or only partial refunds.
**6. Refunds:**
Once the returned item is received and inspected, if approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the purchaser's original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement.
**7. Exchanges:**
Exchanges will be handled based on product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as outlined in Section 6.
**8. Exceptions:**
Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of the seller.
**9. Dispute Resolution:**
In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding a return, the purchaser and seller agree to negotiate in good faith for a reasonable duration before seeking any legal or arbitration remedies.
